Our stay at Villa Eleaina in June was truly incredible! The setting, facilities, views and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each member of our group of ten found a few favourite spots in the spacious indoor and outdoor areas. For me, the highlights were the heated pool and outdoor living space where we spent many moments relaxing. A truly exceptional villa which I would not hesitate to recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Eleaina. The villa overlooks the 10th hole of Aphrodite Hills, offering beautiful views and a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The pool and outdoor facilities were excellent, with plenty of seating and space for our group of 10. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable throughout our stay. A perfect choice for families and golfers alike. We would happily return.

A large group of us stayed in Villa Eleaina in June. We had an amazing time! The outdoor area is particularly superb. The tranquility of the villa lent itself to many mornings sitting outside with the first coffee of the day and just admiring the beauty. The property was stunning, spotless and filled with everything we needed. I would highly recommend Villa Eleaina.

Myself and 7 friends recently stayed at Villa Eleaina for the 30th anniversary of our annual golf trip. Having hosted my friends for the last 19 years in my own villa in Cyprus, which I no longer own, we wondered what it would be like staying elsewhere and we certainly weren't disappointed. Villa Eleaina was fantastic and ideal in all aspects for us. The villa is situated opposite the 10th green and only a short walk from the clubhouse which made life easy as we played Aphrodite Hills on 4 days. The alterations and additions to the outside area were stunning, the larger pool and new jacuzzi were fantastic and the new decking, pergolas and lighting created a great space that we used all the time when we were there. The interior was spacious with plenty of room for the 8 of us with a large open plan kitchen, lounge, diner. Danielle made life very easy for us from start to finish and Nicos, who manages the property locally, was extremely helpful. We had a brilliant stay and have already booked up for our 31st tour next year.

"My family and I had a brilliant two-week stay at Villa Eleaina. The villa was bright and airy, well-equipped with just about everything you might need for a great holiday. The outdoor areas were very comfortable, with plenty of loungers, a shaded dining area, and a gas BBQ. All in all, an excellent spot for a family holiday with all the facilities you could need, just a ten-minute walk away. Communications with Danielle and Nicos were first-class, with any questions answered quickly. A brilliant holiday, Thanks again - The Thompson Family"

We had the most enjoyable stay in this super villa. The tranquil and very private setting overlooking the golf course was idyllic, yet only a short stroll from the resort centre. The villa is very spacious and well appointed. We particularly loved the outdoor spaces, several balconies and seating areas to catch the sun or shade. The pool was gorgeous and a great size. We’re already thinking about a return trip!

We stayed at Villa Eleaina in June as a group of 10 and had a fantastic holiday. The villa overlooks the 10th hole of Aphrodite’s Hills course, offering beautiful views and a peaceful setting. The outdoor space was a highlight, with an excellent pool and plenty of seating. The villa comfortably accommodated our group, with ample space for everyone. The property was stunning, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The combination of great amenities, beautiful surroundings, and excellent outdoor living made for a memorable stay. We would highly recommend and happily return.

We had such a wonderful time at the villa. It's absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and has everything you need to have a fabulous holiday. The photos don't show it but all three bathrooms have been fully renovated recently and are really lovely.

Just returned after a lovely 10 days at Villa Eleaina. Plenty of space, well-furnished and a fab pool to while away the hours in. We loved the covered outside dining area and BBQ which allowed us to make the most of outdoor living, even in the hottest part of the day. A lovely relaxing family holiday - can't wait to go back!

VILLA ELEAINA- A SUPER 4 BED PRIVATE VILLA!

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Eleaina in April 2025, the villa owners David and Danielle were an absolute dream to deal with - nothing was too much trouble and they were super responsive (thank you). We travelled as a football group with our boys training at the Aphrodite Hills football school daily. Everyone thoroughly appreciated the beautiful villa facilities and pool area. The villa has outside terraces off the upstairs bedrooms ensuring a private sunny/shady spot all day round. We made use of the BBQ area and outdoor pool and table tennis areas - it really was a home from home feeling much more cosy that other villas we have stayed at. I would 100% recommend a stay at this beautiful place - I only hope it's not booked up for when we want to go back! Thank you David and Danielle!

We had a memorable family holiday at Villa Eleaina in May 2024 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There were nine of us from a 2 year old toddler to teenagers and grownups. The communication with David the owner was first class from beginning to end. Location is great with close proximity to the Aphrodite Hills village centre with its shop and restaurants, and a short car ride to Pissouri, Paphos and Kouklia where we had some superb meals. When we arrived at the villa, there were essential provisions awaiting and the large pool was already heated up for our first dip. The outdoor space kept everyone happy; plenty of sun beds and shade, an outdoor kitchen / bbq area, a covered space for dining, great views over the golf course and table tennis and billiards.

This is our third stay here and we had a lovely time again. The villa is spacious and modern and the heated pool surrounded by the large gardens was a hit with the kids. The brilliant Nicos was quick to deal with any issues. If only he could arrange for the thunder storms to arrive during a different week! Go ahead and book, it really is as good as it looks.

We arrived at villa Eleaina for a short break and it was a perfect choice for our family. The villa is well appointed clean and comfortable, the amenities are only a short stroll away. The pool and table tennis tables are an added bonus! Danielle was speedy and helpful in her communication, instructions were clear and we felt very at home. We have fully enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

We had a great time at Villa Eleaina. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and we all fitted in comfortably. The weather was mostly nice, with some cool evenings, but we could still enjoy the outside thanks to a great patio heater. The pool was lovely and warm, and the villa's location near the village square was super handy for shops, restaurants, and sports facilities, like tennis, golf and even a football camp for the kids. The villa itself was perfect for relaxing and having fun. We had barbecues and spent a lot of time by the pool. The owner and manager, Nicos, were really helpful and quick to sort out any issues. Overall, we loved Villa Eleaina and can't wait to go back!

VILLA ELEAINA- A SUPER 4 BED PRIVATE VILLA!

The Aphrodite Hills area is so beautiful and extremely tranquil but not too far away from lots of other things going on.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. The villa was beautifully laid out, with a magnificent outdoor area. There is plenty of room for children to play while adults relax in the shade of the lapa or by the side of the heated pool. Inside is equally spacious and very well equipped. All in all everything one could need for a wonderful holiday! The villa is close to all the amenities that Aphrodite Hills offers. We will definitely return here!

I would strongly recommend the Villa and look forward to going back again very soon!

What can I say wow wow wow amazing villa spotless and all furnishings of a high standard. Jane always responds straight away and everything from booking to arriving perfect. Can’t wait to return !!!

We stayed at Villa Eleaina for two perfect weeks in July. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s light, airy and extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the welcome pack. The views of the golf course are gorgeous! We loved the large pool and the variety of seating areas to enjoy some shade. Nicos was on hand if needed but we had a very trouble free and stress less holiday. An amazing villa in a beautiful setting with all amenities in walking distance. What more could you want?

Just returned after a lovely 10 days at Villa Eleania. Plenty of space, well furnished and a fab pool to while away the hours in. We loved the covered outside dining area and BBQ which allowed us to make the most of outdoor living, even in the hottest part of the day. We really enjoyed visiting the Tombs of Kings and the Archaeological Park at Paphos, and of course dinner at Gabriel's in nearby Kouklia. A lovely relaxing family holiday - can't wait to go back!

Honestly Villa Eleaina was an absolute dream! Our group had the best time in June. I spent most of my days completely relaxed in that gorgeous pool which was just heaven. The villa was spotless and stylish with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. Could not recommend it more, already planning my return!

Absolute Perfection for a Group of 10! We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Eleaina in Aphrodite Hills, Paphos. The property is stunning, immaculately maintained, and incredibly spacious —offering plenty of room for all 10 of us to relax without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor highlights completely stole the show: The Heated Pool: An absolute game-changer. The temperature was perfect, making it the ultimate spot for the group to hang out day and night. The Outdoor Kitchen: Fully equipped and spectacular for alfresco dining. We spent almost every evening cooking and grilling together here. The location strikes the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. We cannot recommend Villa Eleaina highly enough and are already planning our return!
